"At The Falcon Inn, we understand that a true village pub needs to be many things to its customers – a meeting point to catch up with friends over a refreshing drink, a welcoming dining spot to enjoy hearty, fresh fare with your family, and an inviting haven offering a toasty respite on a chilly day. With plenty of indoor and outdoor tables plus a free parking area, there’s no reason not to drop by!
Originally built as three Georgian cottages in the early 19th-century, The Falcon Inn first opened its doors to patrons as a traditional village tavern in 1861 and has been fully refurbished in 2020 under new management.
The team remain true to the Falcon’s original values of providing the highest quality service in a friendly environment to all who pass through its doors, so whether you’re a familiar face from the village or a visitor in town for the first time, you’re guaranteed a warm welcome.
Fair fish
We use only responsibly farmed fish, including Cod, Haddock and Prawns.
Local agriculture
From meat to veg, all the produce we use is farm to fork.
Green logistics
We track where our meat and fish comes from and how it's being farmed.
One thing we can guarantee is that whether you step through The Falcon Inn’s doors for just a quick pint or a leisurely evening meal, you’ll always receive a warm welcome from landlady Beth and her friendly team.
